Seal It Roof Seal Liquid Membrane

Based on hybrid technology, Roof Seal is a highly reflective liquid applied hybrid coating formulated to a solvent‐free, non‐flammable formulation for professional roofing applications. Used in conjunction with a primer, accelerator and reinforcing mat, where required, the system gives the ultimate alternative to bitumen based and GRP waterproofing roof membranes for all existing roof substrates.

  • Excellent resistance to ageing, ultraviolet and discolouration 
  • Offers primerless adhesion to a wide range of building and roofing substrates including metal, treated and untreated wood, brick, stone, polyester, glass, lead, roof tiles, plastics, polycarbonate and concrete.
  • Suitable for repairing flat roofs and pitched roofs (up to 10°), leaking flashings, guttering and rooflights.
  • Ideal for sealing cracked roofing panels, chimney stacks, corrugated and profiled roofing materials, zinc, steel, fibre cement and façade panels.
  • Creates an impermeable, weather-resistant seal that protects against rain, snow, UV exposure and natural ageing.
  • Also suitable for use on zinc guttering, downpipes and ventilation ducts.
  • Note: On bitumen, asphalt or roofing felt substrates, Roof Seal must be used in conjunction with Seal It Bleed Blocker primer (refer to technical data sheet).
