LevelMaster LM200 Self-Levelling Compound

A one part, polymer modified, cementitious, chloride/protein‐free, levelling compound. When mixed with water it provides a smooth, level base for most common internal floor types such as concrete and sand/cement screed.

LevelMaster LM200 Self-Levelling Compound
  • Self‐smoothing
  • Accepts foot traffic after 3‐4 hours depending on temperature and humidity
  • Preblended, requiring only the addition of water
  • Single pack and easy to use
  • Can be applied up 6mm thickness in a single layer, or up to 20mm with added chippings
  • Suitable for hygiene and food preparation areas
  • Added polymer for flexibility
  • Suitable for use with underfloor heating
  • Chloride and protein-free
  • Internal use
  • UKCA Approved
  • Level internal sub-floors prior to the installation of ceramic floor tiles, carpet, vinyl and wood flooring (minimum levelling thickness 3mm).
  • Suitable for refurbishment and renovation projects where a low build-up is required.
  • Can be used over cement and sand screeds, including floors with underfloor heating systems.
  • Suitable for application over concrete and cement-based substrates.
  • Compatible with calcium sulphate (gypsum) screeds once sanded and vacuumed.
  • Can be applied over properly prepared existing ceramic tiles, natural stone and terrazzo.
  • Suitable for use over well-bonded, water-resistant adhesive residues.
  • May be applied to sanded, flooring-grade mastic asphalt screeds (IC10 and IC15) at thicknesses of 3–5mm.
