LevelMaster Rapid Level 30 Quick Drying Self-Levelling Compound

A rapid-setting, protein-free, flexible, latex modified high performance cementitious floor levelling compound suitable for use at thicknesses from 3mm to 50mm (up to 60mm with added aggregate).

  • Suitable for both internal and external use prior to the application of resilient floor coverings
  • Single pack
  • Low odour formulation
  • Suitable for use with underfloor heating
  • Preblended, requiring only addition of water
  • UKCA Approved
  • An ideal underlay for levelling most common sub-floors prior to the installation of floor coverings such as ceramic floor tiles, carpet, vinyl and wood flooring (minimum levelling thickness 5mm).
  • Contains powdered latex, eliminating the need for separate latex liquids.
  • Suitable for internal and external use.
  • Compatible with concrete and cement-based substrates.
  • Suitable for use on calcium sulphate (gypsum) screeds once sanded and vacuumed.
  • Can be applied over properly prepared old ceramic tiles, natural stone and terrazzo.
  • Compatible with properly prepared old water-resistant adhesive residues.
  • New mastic asphalt screeds must be flooring grade (IC10 or IC15) with a layer thickness of 3–5mm.
