Bond It Announces Regional Sales Manager Promotions

Bond It is pleased to announce a number of internal promotions, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to developing talent and strengthening its commercial and sales leadership teams.

Jack Collins has been promoted from Area Sales Manager to Regional Sales Manager North, while Emma Aston moves into the role of Regional Sales Manager South. Both have consistently demonstrated strong performance, leadership capability and commercial insight, making them ideal candidates to take on greater regional responsibility.

In their new roles, Jack and Emma will oversee their respective regions, supporting key customers and distributors while contributing to Bond It’s wider commercial strategy.

Bond It is also delighted to confirm the promotions of Darren Teather to Senior Sales Manager North and Adam Crossman to Senior Sales Manager South. These appointments recognise their significant contributions and leadership within the business.

As Senior Sales Managers, Darren and Adam will continue to manage their regions while taking on additional responsibility for key accounts and distributor relationships. They will also play an important role in mentoring and developing new members of the sales team as the business continues to grow.
