Is grey the new black?
Bond It has extended its product range to accommodate a continuing interior design trend.
The business, which is one of the UK’s largest independent manufacturers of building chemicals, has launched its popular Seal Pro hybrid sealant and adhesive in a new Manhattan Grey colour.
Kirstie Cooper, Marketing Manager at Bond It explains: “Grey is a tonal colour of the moment with both on-trend and timeless appeal. Arguably, it owes much of this on-going popularity to its enormous versatility.”
She continues: “Grey can be paired perfectly with almost every other colour or colour palette and provides an attractive alternative to other, frequently over-used neutrals like white, beige, or black. It can be used as a statement shade in its own right or as a backdrop to help bright colours ‘pop’. It also works well across a range of different décor styles – including Scandi, mid-century modern, rustic, and minimalist.”
Ideal for use in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas where warm, moisture laden air might be present, Seal Pro features a powerful anti-bacterial agent which makes it resistant to mould growth.
It can be used for both interior and exterior sealing and bonding applications and offers excellent adhesion to most substrates – including damp surfaces and sanitaryware. It is also UV resistant, quick curing, and virtually odourless thanks to its solvent-free formulation.
In addition, Seal Pro is easy to tool and finish and can be overpainted with water-based paints.
Concluding, Kirstie adds: “Bond It’s ability to quickly bring to market new products that address changing market needs and consumer trends highlights one of the key benefits we can offer as a business. Namely, that we are both large enough to have an impact and small enough to be agile, nimble, and responsive.
“This, coupled with our continued investment into our product research and development capabilities, means customers can look forward to further timely and on point product launches over the coming months.”
