The challenge

The existing floor was uneven and in poor condition, making it unsuitable for the installation of new floor coverings. The client required a smooth, level surface to ensure their new flooring could be laid correctly and perform as intended.

Why Bond It

Bond It Ad-Floor Plus was selected for its ability to deliver a smooth, consistent finish at depth, while Bond It SBR Primer ensured strong adhesion to the existing substrate.

Application on site

The floor was first primed using Bond It SBR Primer and allowed to reach a tacky state. A 30mm layer of Ad-Floor Plus self-levelling compound was then applied across the full area, creating a flat and uniform surface ready for final floor installation.
